We’re working hard to maintain business as usual
As key workers helping to keep the UK running, our engineers continue to serve customers throughout the UK during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Our committed team has been installing, servicing and repairing critical laundry, catering, heating and fire safety equipment to keep every type of organisation from care homes to vets operational. We’ve also been working with furloughed businesses, helping to prepare them for when things get back to normal.
We have been able to successfully and safely provide this ongoing support by implementing the following, in line with Government guidelines:
- Establishing clear procedures for entering infected sites, to minimise the potential transmission and spread of infection
- Giving all JLA engineers the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need including face masks, goggles, protective clothing and hand sanitiser
- Taking steps to maintain our parts stock levels to ensure the best possible service delivery, even in these exceptional circumstances
- Following site-specific requirements and perform risk assessments, where required
Contact us if your organisation needs support with a breakdown, a servicing/maintenance visit or new equipment…
