Using internet connectivity, Ravi’s new boilers are linked to the JLA head office 24/7 and will alert the customer service team should anything out of the ordinary occur. Using this remote diagnosis system, JLA can identify any problem before any of the team at Weston Park is even aware there’s an issue problem and dispatch an engineer if it’s needed.
