What makes Total Care great is the fact that you can get fantastic equipment and excellent breakdown cover for nothing up front. Without one or the other, it’s not Total Care!
We aim to have as little time as possible between the minute you call us and the moment your equipment is fixed. We’ve got engineers located throughout the UK – more than 270 of them, in fact. We also hold over 350,000 spare parts in stock; if an engineer doesn’t have a part with them in their van when they visit you, they can order it straight away and have it by the next morning, no matter where you are in the country. In addition, we’ve invested £1 million into our contact centres to make it easier for you to get in touch with someone at any time of the day.
That’s how we can uphold our Total Care promise.
If we don’t get an engineer to you within eight working hours, we’ll pay you £100. We hate downtime as much as you do and recognise that it can cost you money, so if we’re not able to come out straight away, we’ll give you something back to make up for it.

Our goal is to have as little time as possible between the moment you call us to report a problem and when your boiler or water cylinder is back up and running. We know that in many environments a boiler or hot water system is the most critical asset, so we have invested heavily in our customer helpline so someone will always be there to take your calls.We also have a 24-hour network of engineers who specialise in boiler servicing and repair, so there’s always someone within a reasonable distance of your premises.
That’s how we can uphold our Total Care promise.
We promise that we’ll never leave you without heating and hot water. If your boiler has completely broken down, you don’t have a second working boiler for backup and we believe that we can’t fix it within 24 hours of diagnosis, we’ll supply you with alternative heating and hot water until we can fully repair your boiler.
