Weston Park Care Home
Situated on the outskirts of Macclesfield, Cheshire, Weston Park Care Home provides residential, respite and specialist care for the elderly and those suffering with dementia.
The temperature in the home was proving problematic to control and with winter fast approaching the care home owner and finance director, Ravi Rai knew a new heating system was needed quickly. Weston Park now benefits from two floor standing and two wall-hung boilers which provide the home with energy-efficient heating, along with all inclusive breakdown cover and a guaranteed 4-hour engineer response as part of the Total Care package. “We no longer have issues controlling the temperature throughout the home as the new boilers keep the temperature consistent and I know that should anything happen I will have an engineer here within 4 hours, no matter what time it is.”
Using internet connectivity, Ravi’s new boilers are linked to the JLA head office 24/7 and will alert the customer service team should anything out of the ordinary occur. Using this remote diagnosis system, JLA can identify any problem before any of the team at Weston Park is even aware there’s an issue problem and dispatch an engineer if it’s needed. “The remote diagnosis feature gives me complete peace of mind that while the busy day-to-day running of the Home takes all our attention, JLA are always there watching our boilers to make sure they don’t let us down.”
The installation of Ravi’s new heating equipment was seamless and Ravi is now considering rolling this out across the other five care homes he owns: “Knowing that I only have one number to call if anything goes wrong with my laundry, catering or heating equipment throughout all of my homes would really put my mind at rest and I know that with JLA we’re it’s in good hands.
